Can I reverse this action?
No. Once your data is anonymized, it cannot be recovered. This is a permanent action. If you want to keep access to your order history, consider exporting your data first.
How long does it take to delete my data?
Your personal information is anonymized immediately. However, complete processing may take up to 30 days as backups are rotated out of our systems.
Why can't some records be deleted?
European law requires businesses to retain financial records for 7 years for tax purposes. While we cannot delete these records, your personal information within them will be anonymized.
What happens to my future bookings?
Active bookings and orders cannot be deleted. If you have upcoming events, the deletion request will only affect completed orders older than 30 days.
Can I create a new account later?
Yes. After your data is deleted, you can create a new account at any time using the same email address. However, your previous order history will not be recoverable.
