Terms of Sale

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all event tickets purchased from Global Gala Limited. By purchasing a ticket, you ("the Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Ticket Purchases & General Terms

• Binding Contract: A ticket purchase is a legally binding contract between the Customer and Global Gala Limited, subject to these Terms.
• Final Sale: All ticket sales are final. Tickets cannot be exchanged after purchase, except as expressly stated in Section 2.
• Ticket as Licence: A ticket is a personal, revocable licence. We reserve the right to revoke this licence and refuse admission, or eject a ticket holder, for behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance, or injury, or for any breach of these Terms.
• No Resale: Tickets may not be resold, transferred, or used for advertising, promotions, or other commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Global Gala Limited. Any ticket resold in breach of this condition will become void, and the holder may be refused entry.
• Event Changes: Advertised event times, including start times and support acts, are subject to change without notice.

2. Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• 14-Day Refund Window: Tickets are fully refundable provided a refund request is submitted in writing (via email) to Global Gala Limited no later than 14 (fourteen) days before the scheduled event start date.
• Final Sale Period: No refunds will be issued for requests received within 14 days of the event start date, except in the case of event cancellation (see 2.3).
• Event Cancellation: If the event is cancelled (and not rescheduled), the Customer will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket's face value.
• Service Fees: Please note that any service fees or processing charges are non-refundable, even if a ticket refund is issued.
• Material Alteration: If the event is "materially altered" (e.g., a change of headline artist or a significant change of venue), refund eligibility will be at the sole discretion of Global Gala Limited.

3. Admission & Age Policy

• Age Restriction: This event is strictly for ages 16 and over.
• Under 18s: Attendees aged 16 or 17 must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over. A maximum of two (2) 16-17 year-olds can be accompanied by one adult.
• No Minors: No person under the age of 16 will be admitted under any circumstances. "Babes in arms" are not permitted.
• Proof of Age: All attendees must be able to present a valid, government-issued photo ID (e.g., passport, driving licence) upon request to prove their age.
• Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse entry to any person who cannot provide valid proof of age or who fails to comply with the admission policy. No refund will be issued in this case.
• Security: Entry is subject to security searches. Prohibited items (as displayed at the venue) will be confiscated.

4. Force Majeure

Global Gala Limited shall not be liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performing, any of its obligations under these Terms if such failure is caused by a Force Majeure Event.

A Force Majeure Event is defined as any event beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, war, terrorism, insurrection, strikes, fire, flood, natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, government action or restriction, or any other event which makes it impossible, unsafe, or illegal to hold the event.

In the event of a Force Majeure Event, Global Gala Limited will not be obliged to issue refunds or pay any compensation.

5. Liability

The Customer attends the event at their own risk. Global Gala Limited shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained at the event, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as death or personal injury caused by our negligence).
