We understand that refund policies vary depending on the type of
event and the Organizer. Global Gala refund policy is simple, if the
event is cancelled or you are denied entry for any reason, we will
refund the amount you paid for your tickets (minus any processing or
services fees) using the same payment method used for purchase.
If your event is postponed, we will contact you with the new date and time. Event details such as Venue and Times are subject to change without notice and are not grounds for a refund. E-Tickets can be reprinted at any time by accessing the confirmation page in your email or by logging into your account if you are a registered member. Anything promised by the event organizer that is unfulfilled is not guaranteed by Global Gala and is not grounds for a refund. E-Tickets cannot be exchanged.
In the event that Organizer fails to honour a refund that an Attendee believes is due under the applicable refund policy and/or the minimum requirements set forth above, that Attendee may request that Six Stars Events initiate a refund by contacting us. Global Gala Ltd. will review the facts and circumstances and determine whether or not a refund is due in accordance with the applicable refund policy and the minimum requirements set forth above.
All ticket purchases must be cancelled 48 hours before the event has commenced.
